Michael Young's Audio, Video, and Computer (MYAVC) is only liable, per customer project, for up to the amount paid by the customer for that specific project. The period of MYAVC’s liability ends two weeks after project completion. MYAVC is not responsible for website outages of websites it has created. MYAVC is not responsible for continued support and maintainence of a website created for the customer. Support and maintainence may be offered at MYAVC's discretion. MYAVC is not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from mistaken or fraudulent claims regarding the customer's right to use any content for services provided by MYAVC. Any images created or code written by MYAVC for use in the customer's website are allowed to be modified by the customer or agents of the customer. In addition, any images created or code written by MYAVC for use in the customer's website are subject to be reused by MYAVC for different projects at MYAVC's discretion. The customer has the right to terminate services provided by MYAVC at anytime. In the event that the customer terminates services provided by MYAVC they are entitled to retain completed work done by MYAVC up to the point of termination, so long as they have paid for services up to that point. MYAVC has the right to terminate provided services at anytime. In the event that MYAVC terminates services provided, the customer will not be liable for service expences. In the event that MYAVC terminates services provided, the customer is entitled to retain services provided up to the point of termination of service if the customer pays for the services provided.

If the customer's satisfaction of the service is not met, they are entitled to a full refund within a week of service completion, provided that all project content is returned to MYAVC and no longer available to the customer.

The customer also agrees that this terms of service agreement between the customer and MYAVC is automatically renewed for subsequent computer services with MYAVC, unless a newer terms of service agreement is agreed upon and signed by the customer and MYAVC.
